Cadets eligible for promotion to FSGT, WO2 and WO1 must complete a Selection, Promotion and Appointment process.

In order to be promoted you must do the following:

1. Let the training officer know that you want to go through the promotion process.

2. Choose one of the various appointments (jobs) available in the squadron.

2. Prepare a Cover Letter and Resume explaining your qualifications for your selected appointment and submit this to the Training Officer, prior to your interview.

3. Participate in a board interview.
