BEECHWOOD CEMETARY CEREMONY

Zone E2 of the Royal Canadian Legion has a Remembrance Day Ceremony at Beechwood Cemetery two weeks prior to November 11th.  All cadets are encouraged to attend.  We are supporting Legion Branch 414 in this activity.
Day:  Sunday, October 29th, 2023
Time:  12:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Location:  Beechwood Cemetary, 7241 Jane St, Concord ON L4K 1A7
Number of Cadets:  Open to all
Dress: C3 (Blue Uniform with medals and ribbons), parka and gloves, as required.  If you do not have a blue uniform, you may wear your FTUS.  For this occasion, they must be IRONED and your boots POLISHED.  You may wear your parka and gloves.  For new recruits who wish to participate, please wear your white, long-sleeved shirt, black tie, black pants, black belt, socks and shoes.  Please wear a warm jacket and gloves as it is usually cold at this time of year.
Volunteer Hours:  Cadets can collect volunteer hours for this activity.  Please bring your FILLED IN forms and the officer in charge will sign them.

    BEECHWOOD CEMETARY FLAGS PLACEMENT

    Zone E2 of the Royal Canadian Legion has a Remembrance Day Ceremony at Beechwood Cemetery two weeks prior to November 11th.  We require cadets to help place mini Canada flags at every veteran’s plot.
    Day:  Saturday, October 28th, 2023
    Time:  10:00 am – 11:30 am
    Location:  Beechwood Cemetary, 7241 Jane St, Concord ON L4K 1A7
    Number of Cadets:  10
    Dress: Appropriate Civilian Attire
    Volunteer Hours:  Cadets can collect volunteer hours for this activity.  Please bring your FILLED IN forms and the officer in charge will sign them.
